Job description
My client is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to work in the busy Events industry, they are looking for someone who is organised, energetic, and is able to use common sense, tact and initiative and recognise the need for confidentiality. You need to be flexible and must be prepared to get involved in a wide variety of tasks to help the team operate more effectively.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Good interpersonal skills Good written and verbal skills Adaptable A keen eye and attention to detail Well organised Self-starter Possess a suitable Marketing qualification Good Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills Ideally have a degree qualification (preferably in a marketing, public relations field), or experience within a marketing / event management environment.
KEY TASKS:
General administrative duties New customer & retention campaign co-ordination Manage diaries for team members Manage general customer correspondence Administrative support for CRM Manage opportunity requirements through CRM Maintain and update the large Database Produce mail merges as required
