You will be required to provide administration support to a specialist Independant Financial Advisors Network and Service Provider. Your duties will be to:
Foster on-going & new relationships with Member Firms and key contacts.
Personal Assistant to Director (including travel, meeting & seminar arrangements, assisting with preparation of newsletters & bulletins).
Ensuring incoming post, emails & phone messages are recorded, dealt with & / or communicated in an accurate & timely manner.
Updating of Management Information systems.
Support for management team for ongoing and one-off projects.
Assisting with preparation of Management Information and Reports.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent telephone manner & proven customer service skills,
Experience in Financial Services sector, FPC qualification preferred
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to prepare correspondence and communicate at a senior level with a positive and professional approach
Strong administration & clerical skills. Relevant qualifications preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change.
Team player and able to learn new tasks quickly.
Fully IT literate.
