Key Responsibilities: * At all times act in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. * Achieve and exceed daily out and in bound call rate targets. * Develop a thorough business awareness of both new and existing business accounts and maximise your specific product knowledge to enhance the sales opportunities that are available. * Use credit record facilities to qualify customers financial situation and offer solutions that best suit their business needs. * Deal with general queries while offering advice and guidance to customers and suppliers. * Identify root causes of problems, issues and complaints whilst implementing ways to overcome them to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. * Identify and report large sales opportunities that may require additional support to secure business.
Skills and Experience * Self confidence – able to sell persuade verbally * Ability to handle and resolve customer services issues successfully on the phone * Willingness to learn- flexible and confident * Positive attitude with a drive to hit and over performance and sales targets.
