Job description

Working with a specialist Independent Financial Advisors Network and Service Provider, catering to the needs of larger/higher quality Financial Advisers. 

You will be responsible for:

• Identification of exceptions and anomalies within automatic commission reconciliation process
• Investigation and correction of exceptions and anomalies within automatic commission reconciliation process, referring as appropriate
• Answering queries from member firms and other team members in a timely manner
• Proactive communication with member firms to ensure consistent excellent customer service
• Manual inputting of new business into the Intelliflo system and reconciliation of commissions received
• Meeting critical deadlines to achieve regular commission runs and exceptional payments
• Production of regular and ad-hoc management information as required
• Assist with regulatory reporting
• Other clerical duties as required 

You will need experience in a customer focussed setting and a financial services background would be desirable.
