You will be required to provide administration support to a specialist Independant Financial Advisors Network and Service Provider. Your role will consist of the following duties.
Ensuring incoming post, emails & phone messages are recorded, dealt with & / or communicated in an accurate & timely manner.
Assist with provision of excellent customer services.
Assisting with smooth running of office including equipment maintenance, supplies of stationery / postage stamps / beverages etc.
Focused support to the Professional Standards Function.
Liaising with Operations Manager, Finance Manager and other team members to provide clerical support as and when required.
